Our interchangeable design prevents store/system downtime. Each POS station serves as a backup unit, taking the place of other POS stations in the unlikely event of a unit failure. Mirrored server functions give immediate access to data in the event of a single server drive failure; providing data that is current within 5 seconds. BUY AND SELL STORE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BSSM)
BSSM is a custom built Point Of Sale software application. It allows for the buying and selling of merchandise with an easy to use interface.
Some of the features of the BSSM system includes, but is not limited to:
- Day open program · Sales & Buys Register Close and Day Close program
- Day Close reporting program (reports automatically open in wordpad)
- Postal Code Tracking for sales, layaways, and buys
- Export inventory to file program. Allows user to use a spreadsheet program to sort and work with inventory, departments, sales, costs, etc..
- Repair cost tracking and reporting program for inventory items. You can track by Open or Closed repair status
- Universal Product Code (UPC/barcode) Identification. You can scan product UPC codes or serial numbers at the Buy Station. Uniform and Fast data entry! Enables you to build up a large database of merchandise with little to no manual data entry.
- UPC database reporting and editing program.
- Photo capture of customers and inventory with date and id stamping.
- Drivers License scanning for quick customer entry and identification (compatable with most drivers licences)
The BSSM application
provides seven menus to provide easy access to all the functionality of
the program.
